As an alternative option for students Level 3 at Fairfield Library will maintain Saturday and Sunday access into December.

"The BOSS is a curated exhibition of the best of student silversmithing work from Melbourne Polytechnic students. Current students, recent graduates and Alumni from the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Jewellery and Object Design present work that was completed whilst enrolled and undertaking study at Melbourne Polytechnic."


See the exhibition at Fairfield Library (Building Q) during library opening hours from 23 Aug to 11 Sep 2017.
The opening event is Wed 30 Aug, 4pm to 6pm.

Kick Start begins again in August 2017 at Preston and Epping Libraries


Kick Start, the joint venture between the Library and teaching areas, is on again for the first three weeks in August.

Kick Start provides support for students who are not confident with their computer skills and little or no knowledge of Word or Excel, but are expected to submit assignments using these programs.

The workshops are free and presented by an empathetic teacher, please encourage your students to attend if they need the extra support.

Please remember bookings are essential as numbers are capped.
