Reopening dates for 2012
Preston Library will reopen on January 3rd of January 2012

Collingwood,  Epping, Fairfield and Heidelberg Libraries will re-open on  January 9th 2012
Greensborough Library will reopen on January 30th 2012

Library Catalogue Unavailable Sunday 18th December

Due to a system upgrade, the NMIT Library Catalogue will be unavailable on Sunday 18th December until 6pm. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yes, you can via NMIT's access to EbscoHost mobile devices. Logon to EbscoHost resources while you are on campus at NMIT,  and click onto EBSCOHost iPhone and Android Applications link. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to download the app and set-up authentication.  Not sure what to do? Ask library staff for help.

Epping Library: The Latest

The finishing touches are being applied ... not long to go now!

Epping staff will close the Library doors at 5 p.m. on Friday December 9, to prepare for relocation to the new site. The move to the new building will begin from Monday December 12.

Campus Libraries Closed Friday 2nd December

Collingwood, Epping, Heidelberg and Greensborough libraries will be closed on Friday 2nd December for a staff development day. However, Preston and Fairfield will remain open. Your research can continue as our online databases and e-resources can be accessed around the clock.

Library Focus Group - A big thank you

As a followup to the InSync Library User survey conducted earlier this year, library staff have conducted a series of focus group meetings. Participants were asked to provide feedback on our services and facilities and in so doing bring greater understanding to the statistical data gathered during the survey.

Thank you to the NMIT students and staff members who participated, the information provided will be used to help us plan into the future.
