InSync Client Satisfaction Survey.... one year on...
In 2013, the Library ran the InSync Client Satisfaction Survey; where several areas were identified as needing improvement or further development.
Those areas were: Communications, online resources, off-campus access, requesting resources and the library website.
So one year on... this is what the Library has done in response to staff and student feedback.

Great library news!!! Our system has been upgraded and you now have double delights
A little library humour to introduce one of our service enhancements
We have doubled the number of books you can take home, its gone from 10 to 20 (can you rise to the challenge?)
and we have also doubled your loan period, from 2 weeks, to 4 weeks, all you need to do is relax and study.
Please note, this change does not apply to teaching, support staff or Higher Ed student borrowing.
